The only possible reason they are doing these fillers is maybe because they are trying to keep a long distance between the anime and manga.

seriously wtf. i can understand one or two fillers every once in a while so the show stays on longer and they make more money but this is like the 6th in a row. we dont need to watch naruto tracking down a fucking ostrich!!!

Guys come on, this is fucking ridiculous. If you keep complaining about WATCHING NARUTO then their gonna stop making it. Were lucky to be seeing this online and not be waiting for it to come out on TV, which sooooooo behind. I love fillers because that means that their actually trying to please the audience. So stop frickin complaining and enjoy what you get because seriously, ITS NARUTO!:D It doesn't go on forever, their just making it last longer :)

So I did some research, and apparently, these fillers are part of a filler arc called "Konoha's History." They're all flashbacks or alternate points of view of junk we really didn't need to know about because Part I covered plenty of details about the history, this is just garbage the creators "thought" we'd be interested in. Obviously the majority of us are not. The Manga is extremely far ahead now thanks to this massive set-back.
I agree... WAAAAYY TO MANY FILLERS!! for real. lets get back to the action.
